Install & activate

Your license key was emailed to you after checkout. Here's how to get up and running.

1. Install the extension

If you haven't already, install ViewMatch Pro in SketchUp:

2. Activate your key

  1. Open the ViewMatch Pro window (View menu → ViewMatch Pro, or the toolbar button).
  2. Click the ⋮ menu (top‑right of the window) → Activate license…
  3. Paste the license key from your email and click OK.
  4. You'll see "ViewMatch Pro activated. Thank you!" — that's it.
Your license covers 2 machines. Activating uses one slot per computer. The plugin validates online occasionally and keeps working through short offline periods.

Troubleshooting

"Activation failed" — double‑check the key (copy the whole thing), confirm you're online, and make sure you haven't already activated two machines. Still stuck? Email support@viewmatchpro.com with your order email and the message you saw.

Managing your subscription — use the link in your purchase receipt to update payment or cancel. After a cancellation your license keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
